Our admission procedure begins with a school visit for parents. Parents will be advised of application deadlines during their visit.

Next step is to submit an application. Please complete the application (CLICK HERE) and mail it with the $75.00 application fee to our admission office.
Step 3
Student confidential evaluation forms (CLICK HERE) to be completed by current teacher and returned directly to Meadows-Livingstone School. This is available on our web site
Step 4
Records Release Form (CLICK HERE): Give Records Release Form to your child’s current school. The school may send the records directly to our office.
Step 5
Upon receiving this information we will set up a two day visit for your child.
